Global Portfolio Coordinator

Aufgaben
As a key contact person for the countries, you will be responsible for addressing all questions related to the portfolio of the global business line at TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH.
You will support countries in utilizing local, cross-regional, or global products, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
As the primary point of contact for international inquiries, you will provide expert guidance and support to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
You will collaborate closely with the global product planning team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, driving business growth and expansion.
Effective document management of product-related documents is crucial, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
You will work closely with the business line manager and team to collect and analyze data, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Organizing meetings and events is an essential aspect of this role, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
Qualifikationen
A degree in a technical and/or economic field or equivalent qualification is required.
Experience in management systems, particularly quality management, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English (C1 level) and German (B2 level) is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
You must possess a customer-oriented approach, hands-on mentality, and strong intercultural skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build a strong network.
A structured approach to work, service-oriented personality, and a good understanding of key performance indicators are essential for success in this role.
