Foundational Training
Facilitate and oversee foundational training for apprentices in the Mechatronics discipline at the Hanwha Qcells GmbH training facility.

Technical Instruction
Provide technical instruction, particularly in the metalworking sector, to our apprentices.

Project Assistance
Assist in the execution of internal projects and production orders.

Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate training activities, modify and enhance educational materials in accordance with operational, academic, and examination standards.

Apprentice Growth
Foster the technical, personal, and interpersonal skills of our apprentices, preparing them for their qualifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of training in metal technology or a related field
• Strong expertise in conveying mechanical skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching
• Experience working with apprentices, ideally with a recognized qualification as a trainer
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities, complemented by systematic and analytical thinking
• Proficient German language skills are essential
