Sales Executive – Renewable Energy Solutions

Piper Maddox is seeking a Sales Executive to join a dynamic organization specializing in renewable energy technologies across Europe. This role focuses on the development of software solutions for asset management and microgrid systems aimed at enhancing solar energy accessibility and facilitating the transition to sustainable energy.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in broadening our market footprint and fostering both national and international sales expansion. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing robust client relationships, identifying their specific needs, and providing customized solutions that support their renewable energy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales process from start to finish.
  • Build and cultivate your own sales pipeline across various regions and emerging markets through proactive outreach.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to remain informed about industry developments and competitor strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B software sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to the Utilities sector, including municipal and energy service providers.
  • Successful experience in developing new markets, managing all phases of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, innovative business environment.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher).
