IT-Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to join our team at DIS AG in Mannheim. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows-based systems
• Configure and maintain remote access for employees
• Install and configure customer systems
• Distribute software updates and patches
• Coordinate with external vendors for help desk operations
• Distribute software packages
• Configure and maintain access rights
• Manage user accounts for network access
• Update and maintain IT knowledge database
• Define and improve standard Windows client configuration

• Completed education or training in IT or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience in user support and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and applications
• Good knowledge of network technology and Active Directory
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
