DEINE AUFGABEN
- Als Retail Sales Associate bist du verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung von exzellenten Serviceleistungen, berätst unsere Kunden aktiv bei der Auswahl unserer nachhaltigen Premiumprodukte und gewinnst sie für das Marc O'Polo MEMBERS Programm.
- Du behältst die Verkaufsziele im Auge und trägst mit deiner Begeisterung für den Verkauf zur Erreichung dieser Ziele bei.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig mit unserem Kassensystem, RFID-Technologie und unserer CRM-Software.
- Zusätzlich übernimmst du Aufgaben im Lager, wie die Warenannahme und die Priorisierung bei hohem Warenaufkommen.
- Wochenendarbeit, insbesondere samstags, sowie die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen sind Teil deines Lebensstils.
- Du kommunizierst gerne und bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
- Ob Quereinsteiger oder mit ersten Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel – wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung.
