Their extensive offerings include Procurement Services, Transactional Processing, Stores Management, and Inventory Optimization, all supported by cutting-edge digital platforms. Role Overview:

The selected candidate will oversee the maintenance of the stockroom to ensure high standards are upheld, taking full accountability for the availability of products procured efficiently to generate savings for the client.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately log incoming goods into the inventory management system.
  2. Process orders as necessary.
  3. Timely confirmation of customer deliveries.
  4. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and authorized when required.
  5. Conduct regular stock audits.
  6. Document stock locations for newly introduced products.
  7. Record stock adjustments and take appropriate actions.

Essential Skills:

  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in shop fitting or installations that require stock management.
  • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
