About the RoleThis is a challenging and varied role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. As an HR Policy Officer, you will work closely with the HR Advisor for Policy and Employee Relations to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the review and revision of existing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
