Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co.KGaA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our top management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for top management on all HR-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance on HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support the company's business objectives, including talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to top management team members, helping them to achieve their career goals and objectives.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions, identifying trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including top management, HR colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business results and improve HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR and business partnership.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with top management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS, performance management, and talent management software.
