Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, client systems, and network architecture.
  • Server and Client Systems Administration: Administer and manage our server and client systems, including M365, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Backup Systems Management: Develop and implement effective backup systems to ensure business continuity and data protection.
  • Telecommunications Systems Management: Manage and maintain our telecommunications systems, including network infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Hardware and Software Procurement: Plan and procure hardware and software to meet business needs and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
  • Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system uptime and minimal downtime.
  • Documentation and Security Procedures: Document network and security procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • IT Department Support: Provide support to the IT department in daily operations, including user account management and system maintenance.
  • Collaboration with External Consultants: Collaborate with external consultants to ensure effective IT solutions and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Informatics or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in M365 administration and knowledge of VMware ESXi for server virtualization.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server and domain management, understanding of IT security, and skills in process and project management.
  • Language: Good command of English is a plus.
