Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Terminal Operator to join our team at DSV Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG (Road) in Peine. As a Terminal Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our terminal, including the receipt and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and load trucks in accordance with safety regulations
  • Conduct warehouse inventory and control
  • Operate DSV's internal scanning technology and forklift equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform storage and retrieval tasks using a reach truck
  • Work flexible hours, including early and late shifts

Requirements

  • A background in logistics or a related field is preferred
  • Alternatively, a different qualification with relevant experience in warehouse operations
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols
  • A valid forklift license, ideally with a level 2 certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong understanding of the importance of accurate task execution
