About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Psychiatric Care Specialist to join our team at ViaNobis - The Ambulatory Home Care Paramus, a facility of Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality ambulatory psychiatric care to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in psychiatric care
Requirements:
- Driver's license class B
- Completed training as a psychiatric care specialist, geriatric nurse, or healthcare and nursing professional with psychiatric further education, alternatively two years of psychiatric experience in full-time within the last 5 years
- Excellent knowledge of concepts and methods of psychiatric care
- Expertise in explanatory models of psychiatric disorders
- Hermeneutic understanding of cases
