The Holiday Inn Express is a modernly designed establishment featuring 114 standard rooms and offering straightforward yet incredibly practical services such as a coffee and tea station, complimentary Wi-Fi, spacious safes, ironing stations, snack vending machines, pillow selection, and hypoallergenic bedding.

Our facilities include a breakfast restaurant, bar, and terrace, a conference room of 35 m², an underground parking garage, and air conditioning. The hotel is accessible and provides wheelchair-friendly rooms. Our target audience includes business travelers, vacationers en route to the airport, and tourists eager to explore the beautiful attractions of the region. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Reception Specialist.

As a Reception Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the check-in and check-out processes using the hotel management system
• Ensuring a smooth workflow during shifts
• Completing checklists and necessary preparatory tasks
• Handling guest complaints
• Managing cash transactions
• Providing personalized and attentive guest service

Your profile that will impress us:

• Completed training in hospitality is preferred
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Strong sense of guest needs and satisfaction
• Discreet, friendly, with good manners and a professional demeanor

Previous experience as a Reception Specialist is advantageous.
