Robotic Process Automation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Evaluation and Design: Assess existing operational workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights and comprehend workflow obstacles.
- Development and Execution: Design, test, and implement automation scripts, bots, and workflows utilizing suitable tools and technologies. Ensure that automated solutions are reliable, maintainable, and scalable. Seamlessly integrate automation systems with current IT infrastructure and applications.
- Support and Maintenance: Oversee the performance of automated systems to guarantee optimal functionality. Diagnose and resolve any issues arising within automation processes. Provide continuous support and upkeep for implemented solutions.
- Ongoing Enhancement: Stay informed about the latest advancements in automation technologies and industry best practices. Suggest and execute improvements to current automation solutions. Regularly assess automated processes for potential optimization.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation for automated workflows. Facilitate training sessions for end-users and team members on automation tools.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner closely with IT, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure successful implementation of automation projects. Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of automation initiatives to stakeholders and management.
- Compliance and Security: Guarantee that automation processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. Implement security best practices to safeguard data and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with automation technologies such as Power Platform, RPA, and AI. Familiarity with programming and scripting languages.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Capability to analyze and map business processes. Experience in integrating automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Project management capabilities.
