AMSpace Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to become a vital part of our support team in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support through various channels including phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, technical difficulties, and other support-related concerns.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is provided using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications
