At PCI Pharma Services, we're committed to delivering life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our mission by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of clinical trial materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive and inspect deliveries of investigational medicinal products, storing them in designated areas under strict temperature requirements.
- Accurately record and manage inventory in our ERP system, labeling pallets as needed.
- Coordinate timely shipments of clinical materials to trial sites, including logistical planning and scheduling.
- Arrange urgent and special handling consignments, such as investigational medicinal products, with premium couriers.
- Investigate and isolate quality issues, collaborating with Quality Assurance to identify corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation to support material management responsibilities.
**Requirements:**
- Initial work experience in warehouse/logistics/quality control, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/labelling, preferably in clinical care, is an advantage.
- Precision and attention to detail in packaging operations and documentation.
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate reliability.
- Good knowledge of English is desirable for reading, understanding, and editing documents; German is an added plus.
- Motivation and willingness to learn.
- Confident handling of PC, MS Office, and ERP systems.
