Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality, budget, and scheduling for designated projects
• Launch new client initiatives
• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for projects
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project progress
• Assist the Sales team in enhancing business relations with current and prospective clients

Your Profile:

• Degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience
• Background in client-facing positions
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and MS Office applications
• Expertise in communication and logistics
• Demonstrated strong communication, dependability, and adaptability skills
• Proficiency in both German and English
