Leadership Opportunity in Medical Instrument Processing

St. Augustinus Gruppe is seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Deputy Department Head in our Medical Instrument Processing department. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal care and safety of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper processing of medical instruments following manufacturer instructions
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations, standards, recommendations, and laws
  • Support and assist the AEMP department head
  • Improve and implement quality management practices
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with a strong, motivated team

Requirements:

  • Completed training, ideally in surgical nursing or OTA
  • Specialist knowledge in sterilization and willingness to continue education
  • Relevant experience in medical device processing and leadership
  • Extensive knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and regulations
  • Proficient in Office applications and quality management
  • Strong technical and social skills with an analytical and independent work style
