Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Financial Advisor, der unsere Kunden bei der Rentenplanung und der Auswahl von Sparoptionen unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eng mit unserem Operations-Team, IT-Spezialisten und Experten für quantitative Analysen zusammenarbeiten, um das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern und das Unternehmenswachstum voranzutreiben.
Aufgaben- Fachkundige Beratung: Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Rentenplanung und der Auswahl von Sparoptionen.
- Kund:innenbetreuung: Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu den Kunden, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen und Fragen zu beantworten.
- Prozessoptimierung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operationsteam zur Optimierung der Kundenakquisitionsprozesse und Verbesserung des gesamten Kundenerlebnisses.
- Produktentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT- und Quantitativen Teams zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
- Branchentrends: Bleibe stets auf dem Laufenden über Branchentrends und gesetzliche Änderungen, um unseren Kunden präzise und aktuelle Beratung zu bieten.
- Strategieentwicklung: Beitrag zur Entwicklung neuer Strategien zur Kundenakquisition und Marketinginitiativen.
- 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Rentenberatung oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Überzeugungsfähigkeiten, sowie ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Menschen.
- Fließende Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
- Geschick im Aufbau und der Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen.
- Fähigkeit und Motivation, unsere numerischen Modelle zu verstehen und gezielt einzusetzen, um optimale Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Ein Hintergrund in der Beratung wäre wünschenswert (kein Muss).
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich (MBA wäre wünschenswert, aber kein Muss).
