West Medical Representative: Driving Sales in Ophthalmology

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Representative to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our ophthalmic products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals in the West region.
Key Responsibilities- Disseminate scientific and technical information on our products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the ophthalmic industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the West region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Completed training as an optician.
- Scientific/clinical and medical affairs knowledge, particularly in myopia management.
- Fluent in German and sufficient proficiency in English to understand technical and clinical papers, documents, and materials.
- 5+ years sales experience in practice or in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills, including active listening and the ability to convince key stakeholders.
- Driven for results and autonomous.
