Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digital Consultant, der unsere Mobilitätsdivision bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von digitalen Strategien unterstützt. Der Kandidat sollte ein tiefes Verständnis für die digitale Transformation in der Mobilität haben und in der Lage sein, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, um die Effizienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Division zu steigern.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Evaluierung von Digitalisierungspotenzialen in den Prozessen der Division Mobilität
  • Beratung zu Methoden und Ansätzen zur Prozessinnovation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konzernbereich Digital Service und den Mobilitäts-Teams
  • Leitung kleinerer bis mittlerer Digitalisierungsprojekte mit Fokus auf AI, Data Analytics oder E-Business
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Onboarding-Maßnahmen, Wissensdokumentation und -transfer
  • Beobachtung und Analyse von Markttrends und technologischen Entwicklungen
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Natur-/Ingenieurwissenschaften, Digital Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Beratungserfahrung im Konzern-/ Unternehmensumfeld
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich aktueller Digitalisierungs-Methoden und Marktführer
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denken kombiniert mit einer hohen Problemlösungskompetenz sowie einer eigenständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch verbunden mit hoher Kundenorientierung
