As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

• Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement a procurement strategy that focuses on cost savings, quality improvement, and delivery time optimization.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet our company's quality and service standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate purchasing conditions, finalize contracts, and agree on framework agreements with suppliers.
• Process Optimization: Continuously optimize procurement processes to ensure compliance with quality and standards.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of contract and negotiation management, excellent analytical skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Communication: Strong communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
