Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator/Setter to join our team at our Magdeburg location. As a Machine Operator/Setter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining outsert machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute production processes on outsert machines
• Operate outsert machines to produce high-quality products
• Process and manage production orders
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on outsert machines
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product quality
• Meet production targets and deadlines
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a bookbinder or machine operator/paper processing machine operator or at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Technical understanding of machines and equipment
• Ability to work in a 3-shift system
• Teamwork and reliability
• Experience in folding would be an advantage
