Your skills

Must have

  • Several years of professional experience in backend development.
  • A passion for emerging web technologies.
  • A solid understanding of software paradigms and design principles, including OOP/FP, MVC, and Dependency Injection.
  • Extensive experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in designing relational databases, with practical experience in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, particularly using React.
  • Strong testing practices, including familiarity with Junit, Mockito, and Jest.

Extra credit for

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP FICO.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and process automation.
  • Experience in scaling web applications and databases.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, auctions, and corporate finance.
