KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
At NDI Europe GmbH, your organizational skills will be put to the test as you oversee a comprehensive array of documentation. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all materials are systematically managed and easily accessible.
- You will take charge of the administration and upkeep of documents within the designated document management systems, collaborating closely with the Product Data Management team.
- Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere document management; you will also be tasked with the creation of various technical documents, including those related to mechanics, electronic hardware, software, and quality assurance (such as Verification Reports).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A degree in information technology or a related field is essential.
- Additional qualifications in document management or technical documentation are advantageous, along with experience in document management systems and mechatronic development projects.
- Experience in the medical technology sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- You thrive in a structured work environment and are adept at systematic processes.
- A willingness to learn new document management systems and technical areas is crucial.
- Documentation will be produced in both English and German, so proficiency in both languages is necessary.
- You will enjoy the dynamics of working in an international setting.
