We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team at Consolinno Energy GmbH.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our agile team to design and develop cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and manage microservices and microfrontends to ensure seamless integration into our ecosystem.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues, applying debugging and diagnostic techniques to identify causes and implement effective solutions.
- Implement automated testing and quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and stable solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, conducting research and sharing knowledge within the team.
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD of applications in the cloud environment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture diagrams, and deployment, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure system understanding within the team.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them develop their skills and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Extensive practical experience with microservices and microfrontends, ideally with Kubernetes and successful management of production systems.
- Proficiency in Typescript, Angular, and potentially Piral in the frontend, as well as NestJS in the backend.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for optimizing data storage and retrieval, and/or APIs such as REST, GraphQL, or WebSocket.
- Familiarity with modern microfrontend and microservice architectures and their impact on production systems.
- Strong grasp of data management principles and critical thinking when dealing with data formats, access patterns, and optimization strategies.
- Experience in IT security to ensure software quality and maintain a high security standard.
- Passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies and integrating them into applications.
- Enjoy sharing knowledge, driving solutions with your team, and promoting a productive work environment.
- Take ownership of your work, demonstrate passion, and thrive in an environment that fosters creative freedom.
- Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment and understanding associated methods and principles.
