Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete sales process, from cultivating a robust pipeline and developing business cases to structuring, negotiating, and finalizing deals. Manage a specific portfolio of accounts and devise account strategies to secure and expand business.
  • Leverage benchmarking and ROI data to facilitate the customer decision-making process.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's technology landscape, growth ambitions, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and evaluate public information related to the company and its competitors to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive teams to enhance deal success and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage effectively with management at all levels to negotiate agreements and share vital information.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in closing Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas in previous positions.
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions to the FMCG and/or Retail sectors is advantageous.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to understanding and addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events as necessary.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German (native or advanced proficiency) and English (additional language skills are a plus).
