Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair customer equipment and sports gear, particularly bicycles.
- Customize products based on customer specifications (printing/embroidery).
- Address complaints and returns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Prepare and issue invoices.
Qualifications
- Ideally, you possess training as a bicycle mechanic or relevant experience.
- You have a passion for sports and aim to incorporate this enthusiasm into your work.
