International Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our International Marketing department in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of regional product strategies, as well as the monitoring of market trends and competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional brand strategies for assigned products, aligning with market opportunities and product life cycles.
- Lead new product introduction and launch readiness on a regional level, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare annual brand plans, defining critical success factors and prioritizing marketing mix elements.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective investment and ROI.
- Collaborate with European medical societies and key opinion leaders to develop product advocates.
- Ensure compliance with international laws and ethical codes, as well as corporate guidelines and policies.
- University degree in life sciences, business administration, or marketing.
- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably on an international level.
- Demonstrable success in launching and/or developing new and mature brands.
- Strong project management skills and ability to create a strong network.
- Fluent English and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Flexible working hours and mobile working options.
