**Job Title:** Facility Management Director (m/f/d)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the Facility Management department and oversee the planning and management of facility services.
  • Rent and manage spaces and specific services in company-owned buildings, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Manage contracts for buildings and services, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise external contractors and vendors, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement environmental and energy management strategies, reducing the company's ecological footprint.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, implementing and enforcing workplace safety and fire protection protocols.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a degree in Facility Management or a related field.
  • Have experience in Facility Management or Project Management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Have good English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate independence, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Hold certification in office safety management and desirable certifications in safety and audit management.
