Job Overview

Your Role

  • As the primary liaison for clients, you will oversee the efficient resolution of all inquiries related to network customer services. Your focus will be on maintaining a customer-centric approach from the first interaction to the final resolution, serving as a key contact for operational management agreements.
  • You will conduct initial technical assessments of registered network connections and prepare relevant quotations in compliance with regulatory standards. You will also collaborate with our installation teams as knowledgeable resources.
  • Your responsibilities will include assisting in the oversight of metering operations.
  • You will enter and manage client inquiries, data, and documentation within our IT systems. You will handle intricate cases independently or aid in gathering necessary information. When addressing complaints, you will demonstrate confidence, reliability, and a strong grasp of the subject matter.
  • You will remain open to various topics within network management, engage in corporate working groups, and undertake special projects. For instance, you will contribute to the development of technical specifications for supporting IT systems to enhance and streamline all functions in network customer service.

Your Qualifications

  • You possess a technical or commercial vocational qualification (e.g., industrial clerk or electronics technician for industrial engineering) along with a relevant additional qualification/certification as a master, technician, or specialist in business administration, or you are in the process of obtaining this qualification.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of network and energy economics in Germany, along with the pertinent regulations for this position.
  • Customer orientation is integral to your approach; you naturally view situations from the customer's perspective. Ensuring customer satisfaction is your primary motivation.
  • You are adept at utilizing standard Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, possess basic knowledge of SAP, and are eager to learn new software tools.
  • You work autonomously, advancing your responsibilities with determination and influence.
  • You hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
