You will strengthen our brand presence together with our team by consistently applying corporate design at all contact points. For this, we develop design guidelines for all areas of the company and support our colleagues in creating corporate design-compliant materials.

• Support in conceiving, editing, and further developing presentations, documents, and templates
• Responsibility for implementing and further developing our corporate design
• Research and compilation of company and industry information
• Further development of our image concept and conducting photo shoots, as well as creating communication materials, also fall within your scope of tasks
• Communication and independent project management and processing with internal departments and external service providers (e.g. agencies, photographers, printers)
• Care of sub-projects in the area of print and digital design development to strengthen and further develop our brand across all communication channels
• Support in developing and concretizing illustration and graphic implementations for strategy and UX projects
• Concept and design of brand-specific designs and campaigns
• Concept and implementation of first print and online layouts
• Support in daily business, e.g. image procurement, retouching, and illustration

• You are studying in the field of graphic, communication, or information design
• You have comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), first knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch is an advantage
• You have first practical experience in the field of design/communication
• Self-reliance, initiative, and a structured and meticulous working style
• You have a good sense of design and visual language
• You have a good sense of original branding and aesthetics
• First knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and information design
• Knowledge of production processes in the print sector
• You bring a willingness to perform, reliability, and a positive attitude
