Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Filialleiter to lead our team at New Yorker. As a Filialleiter, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, and team management.
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, including merchandising and display.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Filialleiter or in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred.
