- Assess the performance and service quality of transport operators
- Carry out surveys at transit hubs
- Personable, confident, and easy to approach
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule
- Reliable and punctual in all tasks
- Skilled in smartphone applications for data collection
- Fluent in German
