Tool and Instrument Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tool and Instrument Management Specialist to join our team at Trio Personalmanagement Bretten GmbH - Heilbronn. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the timely issuance of tools and instruments, creating tool requirements, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tool and Instrument Management: Ensure the timely issuance of tools and instruments in connection with the completion of work orders with the corresponding inspection plans.
• Tool Requirements: Create tool requirements for new acquisitions and resharpening.
• Inventory Management: Conduct inventory of wear tools in the manufacturing area and manage tools and instruments.
• Calibration and Maintenance: Organize and document external calibrations and inspect, repair, and maintain measuring equipment and gauges.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession.
• Experience: Initial work experience in the field of quality control/inspection and experience in tool, test, and measuring device management.
• Skills: High level of responsibility, meticulous work, process-oriented thinking and action, strong team and communication skills, and independent work and resilience.
