Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Controller to join our team at E Hydrogen GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and models to support business opportunities and investment decisions
  • Evaluate contracts and investment opportunities to ensure alignment with our business strategy
  • Analyze project sensitivities and deliver actionable insights to maximize commercial value and mitigate risks
  • Support due diligence for projects and contribute to deal negotiations and development of contractual agreements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to ensure informed decision-making
  • Consult on financing solutions and structuring to optimize business outcomes
  • Contribute to mid-term planning and prepare documents and presentations for senior management
Requirements
  • Commercial and financial skills, backed by a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in valuation and financial modelling, including the ability to set up financial models from scratch
  • Knowledge of the Green Gas or Hydrogen domain is an advantage
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic spirit, entrepreneurial mindset, and can-do attitude
  • A high level of personal integrity, reliability, and ownership, as well as enthusiasm for working in an international team and developing yourself daily
  • Passion for developing new business and ability to overcome challenges
  • Flexible and able to integrate into teams and work independently
  • Business proficiency in English is a must; German highly desirable
