Role Overview:
The Workday Data Analyst will:

  • Enhance organizational development by providing insightful data analytics that support efficiency and informed decision-making while driving process enhancements and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement within our HRIS (Workday), focusing on data integrity, optimized utilization, expansion of workflows, configurations, and further digitalization of our People & Organization processes. Analyze and implement the regular updates of Workday to optimize the system.
  • Examine organizational structures and roles, preparing and visualizing the database in an accessible manner, aiding in identifying and recommending necessary evolutions to align with future business requirements.
  • Evaluate core processes (especially PMP objective setting and approval processes), visualize analysis reports, and support the development of improvement actions with a strong emphasis on digitalization to foster an efficient organization.
  • Assist in business planning, headcount planning, and budget planning processes across Europe.
  • Deliver various reports to the organization.
  • Coordinate European People & Organization conferences, meetings, and calls.
  • Contribute to additional departmental projects.

Your Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with HRIS (Workday, SAP) and related digitalization initiatives.
  • Experience in international environments.

Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical abilities.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Genuine interest in People & Organization topics.
  • Passion for digitalization.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools or Tableau is advantageous.
