Role Overview:
The Workday Data Analyst will:
- Enhance organizational development by providing insightful data analytics that support efficiency and informed decision-making while driving process enhancements and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement within our HRIS (Workday), focusing on data integrity, optimized utilization, expansion of workflows, configurations, and further digitalization of our People & Organization processes. Analyze and implement the regular updates of Workday to optimize the system.
- Examine organizational structures and roles, preparing and visualizing the database in an accessible manner, aiding in identifying and recommending necessary evolutions to align with future business requirements.
- Evaluate core processes (especially PMP objective setting and approval processes), visualize analysis reports, and support the development of improvement actions with a strong emphasis on digitalization to foster an efficient organization.
- Assist in business planning, headcount planning, and budget planning processes across Europe.
- Deliver various reports to the organization.
- Coordinate European People & Organization conferences, meetings, and calls.
- Contribute to additional departmental projects.
Your Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with HRIS (Workday, SAP) and related digitalization initiatives.
- Experience in international environments.
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Strong customer focus.
- Genuine interest in People & Organization topics.
- Passion for digitalization.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools or Tableau is advantageous.
