Position OverviewAs a Field Application Engineer specializing in Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) energy transition, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and crafting quotations that align with customer needs and budgetary constraints, all while adhering to our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver prompt technical assistance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare detailed sales quotations, including necessary calculations, in collaboration with the Account/Sales Manager.
- Assist the Account Manager or Sales Manager during customer presentations and negotiations.
- Review customer purchase orders and sales contracts, ensuring alignment with initial quotations and resolving any discrepancies.
- Evaluate commercial and financial terms and conditions.
- Oversee the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
- Establish project timelines and work packages for the preparation of technical documentation required for production initiation.
- Address customer inquiries regarding signed contracts and verify changes against the agreed quotations.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain an efficient and reliable administration of quotations.
- Ensure updates are reflected in the CRM system.
- Conduct contract reviews and follow up on project progress.
- Monitor milestones and the completion of work packages.
- Adhere to the company's quality, environmental, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related industry, ideally complemented by commercial exposure.
- Strong understanding of power electronic products and solutions.
- Familiarity with assigned markets and customer segments.
- Knowledge of commercial and contract law.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Fluency in English is essential.
