Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für die Auftragsabwicklung to join our team at our location in Friedberg near Augsburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer orders, from initial inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the entire order process, including processing customer inquiries, creating and sending quotes, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and analyze business reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
