Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Klinikum Lippe GmbH. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of patient appointments and scheduling
- Manage patient data and medical records
- Provide administrative support for clinical staff, including preparing examination rooms and equipment
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments, as needed
- Support diagnostic testing, including EKGs, blood tests, and other medical procedures
- Organize and maintain medical records and files
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve patient care and staff productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
