Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Klinikum Lippe GmbH. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of patient appointments and scheduling
  • Manage patient data and medical records
  • Provide administrative support for clinical staff, including preparing examination rooms and equipment
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments, as needed
  • Support diagnostic testing, including EKGs, blood tests, and other medical procedures
  • Organize and maintain medical records and files
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve patient care and staff productivity

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
