We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Picnic. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Fulfillment Center in Ludwigsfelde, ensuring that all operational activities are prioritized and completed on time.
You will lead, motivate, coach, and inspire a team of Team Leaders and 100+ Shopper employees, while also being responsible for your own optimization projects to continuously improve our processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Hotel/Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience as a Shift Leader or in a leading position.
You will be a problem solver, able to quickly assess and find solutions to unexpected problems. You will be self-motivated, thorough, goal-oriented, and hands-on, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
