About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our team at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP-based solutions for our global clients in the fashion, technology, and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative SAP solutions for our clients, including supply chain optimization, logistics management, and business process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing business processes and systems.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services to our clients, including customizing SAP settings, implementing new processes, and training end-users.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to improve SAP-based business processes and systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve SAP-based solutions and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP implementation, customization, and optimization, with a focus on supply chain and logistics.
  • Proven expertise in SAP modules such as WM, MM, and SD, as well as experience with agile methodologies and programming languages like ABAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
