Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at RADAS Jobbörse & Personalvermittlung GmbH. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or reception role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software.
