• Direct and manage the biomass heat and power facility
• Guarantee technical and economic operations comply with established guidelines
• Oversee and optimize plant performance for maximum efficiency and profitability
• Supervise personnel and scheduling, including the management of external contractors
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, health protection, environmental stewardship, and energy efficiency
• Plan, execute, and review maintenance and revision activities
• Compile reports and documentation for performance assessment and regulatory compliance

• Technician with relevant experience and credentials in power engineering or related disciplines
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide teams effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and possess strong English language skills
• Exceptional decision-making and communication abilities with a collaborative approach
