Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a passionate Quality Specialist to join our team in Walldorf, working closely with developers to ensure the highest quality of our SAP BTP ABAP Environment offering. As a key member of our agile scrum team, you will be responsible for quality assurance, deployment, and automation of processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with developers to identify and implement quality improvements
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and tools
- Work with the team to ensure scalability, reliability, robustness, and performance of our ABAP Cloud applications
- Implement automation of quality processes and tools
To be successful in this role, you should have a sound technical background, a university degree in a technical discipline, and experience in methods and tools for quality assurance. Additionally, you should bring experience in two or more of the following topics:
- Linux operating system internals
- Cloud-native backend technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)
- Experience with git / GitHub and their ecosystem
- Agile development methodologies and tools
You should also have a result-driven working habit, be a passionate team-player, and be able to focus on quality and customer success.
About the TeamOur team is based in Walldorf, with tight working relations to teams in India and USA. We provide support for all developers in ABAP Platform for the areas of quality methods, compliance analysis, and documentation, and delivery or deployment of software increments.
