Business Systems Architect

The Opportunity

As a Business Systems Architect at CSL, you will play a key role in driving the company's digital transformation by designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. With a focus on enterprise application standards, strategies, and plans, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and define requirements for complex business processes, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions, collaborating with infrastructure specialists and developers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural specifications, diagrams, and charts, to ensure clear communication of technical implementation.
  • Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to ensure test applicability and conduct system functional testing.
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide technical strategies, designs, and plans that support business strategies and the development of the application portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer-based discipline or technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT working within an applicable function that directly aligns with the responsibilities for this position.
  • Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Ability to develop others on business process and knowledge across several departments.
