IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary:
The Applus+ IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and implementing information systems to support the IMA Business. This role will ensure that all user endpoints are operational, compliant, and secure, and will respond to user incidents and requests through the IT ticketing system and via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Applus+ Divisional IT policies
- Creating and maintaining documentation for internal IT staff and end users
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Support Microsoft Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, and Windows 10/11)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration, including Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 Active Directory environment
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Experience with Configuration Management Tools (Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, ConnectWise, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of systems administration experience
- Proficiency in supporting and managing Microsoft Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, and Windows 10/11)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration, including Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 Active Directory environment
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Experience with Configuration Management Tools (Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, ConnectWise, etc.)
Working Environment:
The Applus+ IT Systems Administrator will work in a large enterprise environment and will be required to work well with others and have full professional competence, written and verbal communication skills in English.
