IT Project and Demand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project and Demand Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of our global CRM system landscape, with a particular focus on lead and opportunity management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and enhancement of Innomotics' global CRM system landscape, with a particular focus on lead and opportunity management.
- Assist in the global implementation project, including coordination activities for the deployments across Innomotics' regions.
- Act as a liaison between the specialist department and development partners.
- Organize the implementation, testing, and deployments of further developments in an agile environment.
- Assist in establishing a global service structure.
- Ensure that CRM functions can be implemented and used as per the requirements.
- Check and validate concepts and specifications based on existing requirements and standards through targeted requirements engineering.
- Support the development, maintenance, and deployments of functionalities and interfaces in collaboration with the global team and external partners.
- Be well-versed with Innomotics business processes in the CRM/Sales environment and its goals and develop necessary solutions to ensure a rapid response to new market requirements.
- Advise, consult, and support Innomotics' departments, regions, and factories in the best usage and optimization of the systems.
- Support budget planning, cost/benefit analysis of requirements, and effort estimations.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to capture and manage demands, formulating these into individual requirements.
- You have completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable training.
- Additionally, you have first experience with lead- and opportunity management and marketing automation.
- You bring experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 software platform.
- You have already gained first experience as a team member of a software development team.
- You have knowledge of agile project management, modern SW development approaches, and interface technologies.
- You are able to design technical implementation concepts based on new technologies.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and German.
