About Us:At Ev. Johanneswerk, we are dedicated to a shared mission: providing care and support to individuals in need. Our team of approximately 7,400 professionals works across more than 70 facilities, including elderly care, integration assistance, and various healthcare settings.
Matthias-Claudius-HausThis facility, accommodating 102 residents, is situated in a serene neighborhood in Steinhagen. We create a nurturing environment within four family-oriented living groups, focusing on the unique abilities and requirements of our residents.
Your Responsibilities:- Oversee the quality of care processes and outcomes in collaboration with the Nursing Service Manager, including all associated economic management and leadership tasks. This role also involves the professional advancement of care in partnership with the management team.
- Engage in the internal project for the nursing sector.
- Enjoy a 100% release from regular duties, working Monday to Friday, with an additional functional allowance.
- A completed vocational qualification as a registered nursing professional (elderly care nurse or nursing specialist) along with further training as a responsible nursing professional or a relevant degree (Bachelor, FH). Management training in nursing or equivalent education is preferred.
- Practical experience in nursing and in a leadership role.
- A proven ability to develop and implement innovative concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital nursing documentation and staff scheduling (Vivendi).
