Key Responsibilities- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring optimal cost savings, quality, and delivery.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating agreements, and implementing frame contracts to ensure a fast and agile supplier network.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical solutions, supplier selection, and prioritization, ensuring end-to-end supply chain visibility and efficiency.
- Procurement Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on procurement performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Completed studies in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or technical project management roles, ideally within a technology-driven industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus with team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a result-driven working style.
- Language: Fluent in English.
