Postdoctoral Researcher in Plasma Source Innovation

- Innovate and advance plasma source technologies aimed at multi-GeV electron acceleration.
- Plan and conduct experiments utilizing high-power laser systems.
- Document, analyze, and disseminate findings through publications in reputable journals and presentations at academic conferences.
- Mentor students and collaborate with fellow researchers within the plasma accelerator community and external partners.

Contract Duration: 3 years
Candidate Profile:- Doctorate in physics or a related field.
- Expertise in laser-plasma physics or plasma accelerator technology.
- Proven experience in designing and executing high-power laser-plasma experiments.
- Familiarity with plasma waveguides is advantageous.
- Proficient in a standard scientific programming language (Python/Matlab/C++ etc.).
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
